“During the COVID-19 pandemic, graduate student Larissa Zhou has been managing integrated operations in Boston for Off Their Plate, a grassroots movement that provides frontline COVID-19 healthcare workers with nutritious meals, while providing economic relief for restaurant employees. OTP is partnering with restaurants including PAGU and Flour Café, as well as José Andrés’ World Central Kitchen — all dear friends of Science & Cooking.
